BLUBERRY CHEESE CAKE

Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups frozen blueberries, dry pack
  • 1/3 cup blueberry jelly

Directions

  1. Combine crumbs, 2 tablespoons sugar and butter. Pat mixture into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
  2. Mash cream cheese until soft and creamy. Gradually beat in sour cream, 3/4 cup sugar, vanilla and flour. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Pour mixture into crumb-lined pan. Bake in a preheated 325 degree F (165 degrees C) oven for 1 hour or until firm to the touch.
  4. Cool and then remove cake from pan by loosening edges with a knife. Place frozen blueberries on top of cake. Melt jelly and spoon over blueberries to glaze. Chill until ready to serve.

BISKUT CHOC MELT IN MOUTH

Bahan:
240 gram mentega
180 gram gula kaster
2 biji kuning telur
2 sudu besar serbuk koko
2 sudu teh chocolate emulco
1 sudu teh baking powder
300 gram tepung gandum
200 gram tepung jagung
100 gram badam kisar
2 sudu teh tepung beras

Cara:
1. Pukul mentega bersama gula kaster sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkann kuning telur dan gaul sebati.
3. Masukkan pula serbuk koko, chocolate emulco dan badam kisar. Gaul sebati.
4. Ayak tepung gandum, tepung jagung, tepung kentang, tepung beras, badam dan juga baking powder kedalam adunan. Gaul sehingga menjadi doh.
5. Canai, terap dan bakar sehingga ia masak. Boleh juga anda hiaskan mengikut citarasa anda.

CHOCOLATE CHIP's CAKE

Bahan:
400 gm tepung naik sendiri
100 gm cocoa powder
500 gm butter (2 biji)
500 gm castor sugar
8 telur (size A)
1 bar cooking chocolate (cuts into chips atau 2 cawan chocolate chips, lebih pun tak pe)
2 cups fresh milk or evaporated milk

Cara:
1. Panaskan oven
2. Ayak tepung dengan cocoa powder 2X
3. Pukul butter dan castor sugar hingga kembang
4. Masukkan telur sebiji, sebiji hingga habis. Pukul lagi hingga semua kembang.
5. Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak dengan cocoa powder
6. Masukkan chocolate chips
7. Masukkan dalam tin cake yang telah dialas dan disapu butter dan bakar selama 1 jam 15 minit, 180 C .
8. Resepi ini adalah untuk 2 biji kek.
